The Rooms
Each unit is 2 bedroom 1 has a king bed and rocking chair and dresser with its own ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2 is a full bed and a set of bunk beds and its own en-suite bathroom and shower tub combo. The sofa in the living room is a pullout bed. Only service animals are allowed in our neighborhood by rule of the HOA.
Amenities
2 Beach Bikes per unit to use,Paddle Boards, and three kayaks shared for our three units. Each unit has 4 private balconies. The neighborhood has a large heated pool with an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean , only 120' feet away. Xfinity cable tv is in both units along with wifi internet at no extra charge. We have toasters and Keurig coffee makers in each unit. A child's hi chair, pack and play crib and blow up mattress are available in each unit. Propane grills behind each unit available to use.
